One of the best ways to study the Bible and find freedom, healing and hope in Jesus is to interact with small groups of people that are also deepening their knowledge of the Bible. The Sabbath School and Personal Ministries department provides Bible study guides and material for small groups that meet on Saturday mornings and other times of the week to study. No matter what your age, this department has resources to help you get to know God better and to share what you learn with others.

History of Sabbath School
The history of Sabbath School is the story of people from different generations and different cultures who cherished their efforts in bringing people together around Bible study and mission. For over 170 years, Sabbath School classes have connected people locally and globally who share a common desire for in-depth study of the Bible.
History of Personal Ministries
The history of personal ministries goes back to the foundation of the early church. When persecution arose, the Bible says the apostles remained in Jerusalem while the scattered believers “went everywhere preaching the word” (Acts 8:4). The lay members of the church actively shared the message of the gospel wherever they went. And who taught the early disciples the value of investing time in personal ministry rather than depending only upon large public gatherings? Jesus Himself.
